ONTE ‘wear and tear’ test all our garments. We custom all care labels with tailored care instructions and maintenance for each garment.

We consider fair ‘wear and tear’ to be:

PILLING: Some yarns are prone to pilling with wear. The degree of pilling can depend of various factors including the action of the wearer or the garment coming in contact with another abrasive surface or fabric. If pilling does form, it can be easily removed by hand or a de-pilling device.

PULLS: Pulls in the yarn can occur when the garment comes into contact with rough surfaces or jewellery. ONTE recommends to repair any pulls on knitwear to avoid further damage.

SIZING

SIZE GUIDE

Our garments are designed to fit a wide range of women’s bodies.

ONTE knitwear styles are designed to flatter and enhance the body.

Please note, the chart below is a general guide to our sizing and may not apply to all styles depending on your desired fit.

PRODUCT CARE

LOOKING AFTER YOUR GARMENTS

ONTE prides itself on producing premium quality trans-seasonal garments that are made to last and withstand ever-changing trends. Below we have compiled a few tips to help you care for your clothes and prolong its lifespan, so you can enjoy your garments forever.

All ONTE orders are delivered in a 100% Organic Cotton dust bag. We encourage you to use this bag to store ONTE purchase. This will aid in preserving the integrity of your garment.

CLEANING YOUR GARMENTS

Over washing can have a detrimental effect, not only on the lifespan of your clothing but also the environment, so unless your garment is visibly dirty we encourage you to use the power of nature to refresh your clothing.

Airing your garments outside will remove any lingering odours and the sun is a natural anti-bacterial.

SPOT CLEANING

If your clothing has any minor stains, you can easily spot clean. This option avoids using large amounts of water and consuming energy. The longer a stain sits in fabric the harder it is to remove, so the sooner you clean the stain the better.

Please note that, if not done correctly, spot cleaning could result in colour removal, pilling the fabric, or leaving water marks. ONTE is not responsible if this occurs.

KNITWEAR CARE INSTRUCTIONS

The compact fine knit construction used in ONTE knitwear could potentially be damaged if it comes in contact with sharp or rough surfaces. Care should be taken when wearing knitwear to avoid any pulls or damages.

If pilling occurs after wearing the garments, this is not deemed as a fault and can easily be removed.

If full garment washing is necessary, please follow the care instruction label on the garment. Always air dry your garment flat to avoid stretching or warping the shape.

  • Hand wash in Max 30°
  • Wash with similar colours
  • Do not soak, bleach or wring
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Dry flat
  • Cool iron
  • Dry cleanable

FAIR WEAR & TEAR

ONTE ‘Wear and Tear’ test all our garments. We custom all care labels with tailored care instructions and maintenance for each garment.

We consider fair ‘Wear and Wear’ to be:

PILLING: Some yarns are prone to pilling with wear. The degree of pilling can depend of various factors including the action of the wearer or the garment coming in contact with another abrasive surface or fabric. If pilling does form, it can be easily removed by hand or a de-pilling device.

PULLS: Pulls in the yarn can occur when the garment comes into contact with rough surfaces or jewellery. ONTE recommends to promptly repair any pulls on knitwear to avoid further damage.

We may use third party service providers to collect and store personal information on our behalf. Where appropriate, we will request that the third party inform you that we are holding such information, how we will use and disclose it, and that you may contact us to gain access to and correct and update the information.

Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

However, when submitting any personal information about yourself on the internet, it is important to note that internet security is not absolute. We take reasonable steps as required by the Privacy Act to ensure that our Website is protected from outside intrusion, and we encourage you to make sure your computer is adequately protected. If you post personal information on our Website, we will consider that you have consented to the collection of this information.

In all instances, regardless of the method used to collect your personal information, we will deal with it in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We will use your personal information for the primary purpose for which it was collected.
